In Russia street disturbances occur more often. A crowd of people seized a building of municipality in the city of Pikalevo, near to St.-Petersburg. Then the people have blocked the road connecting St.-Petersburg and Vologda. There were three factories in the city. All of them are closed. The people remained without any payable work. There is no gas and hot water in the city.
Similar disturbances occur in other regions of Russia. Especially, in the Far East. At the same time president Medvedev and prime-minister Putin speak that an active phase of the crisis is behind.
